Sure you can, just go to the Blackberry site for the download:
na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/
After you download that, you should be able to sync up your device and use the media manager to upload your photos to your computer. Just select where the memory is stored on (ie. Device or Card) and you can drag and drop your pictures onto any file in your computer :P
