Default Free Workout Tool for BB

Please Login to Remove!

Hey everyone

I was looking around for a great app for keeping track of my workout routine, I tried one of the online services I read about in one of these forums and it didnt' seem to work for me. Then I realized I made an Excel worksheet a long time ago. I used to print them out, write the data into the cells and then reinput the data into a charting program

Now that I have Docs to Go I thought I'd give it a shot. When I open it, it's not bad, the program shifts the cells around a bit but it might work. If it works, then I'll have it all recorded on the computer which will make it easier to graph my progress (the only way that keeps me motivated to go to the gym is to see the line graph going higher!) I'll test it out tomorrow

I'd be happy to share it with everyone since I get a lot of great advice on this forum. If anyone wants a copy of the file, PM me your email and I'll send you a copy. It's split into 3 worksheets: Full Body, Upper Body, and Lower Body (See attached jpg)

Cheers!

Great! I was using GymTechnik.com for a while, but it loads crazy slow in my gym (it's a basement gym). Having an on-device spreadsheet works great.

I would definitely be interested in this to give it a shot. Tracking your progress is always nice, especially when you see the improvements that are being made.

Lord Palmerston - Yes, Gym Technik is currently a mobile web application so it will not run too well in a gym without reception. I am however, pleased to inform you that we are working on our native client downloadable application and we hope to have this out within the next couple of months. Check back then!

I just exercise and don't keep track. This would be a nice tool for me to get my act together.
