I work at a Switzerland based company and my carrier is Swisscom.
As we have a subsidiary in Portugal, I'd like to know if it's possible to subscribe to portuguese Vodafone carrier (for the workers who lives there) and continues making use of our Blackberry Enterprise System here in Switzerland. Or I should use always the same carrier?

You can use as many carriers as you want with BES.
