I have Exchange 2007 running on Windows 2003 64-bit server.
I am also running Blackberry professional server, on a 2nd Windows 2003 64bit server. This is a new installation. I was able to install the software ok.
I also added two users. I then set an activation link with password to both users. When the users attempt to activate they get an error after 20 minutes or so saying that unable to contact server. I am not sure on where to look for logfiles or what could be causing this problem. I downloaded the professional server about a week ago from blackberry.com, so the version is 4.1. I am not using SQL server, I am using SQL express which the professional server install automatically.
