Default Spam

Please Login to Remove!

I am running BES Exchange 4.1 and have 26 users on it. Two of those users are receiving spam on the BB. These messages do not show up in Outlook just on the BB. How can I stop this?

Is it going to their carrier.blackberry.net address or through a company email address?

I do know there is no personal email accounts on the devices

Sounds like you need to filter the spam on your email servers, then.

We are currently using Postini as our spam blocker for mail. The spam getting to the two BB's does not show up in Outlook or in Postini.

How are you certain that the users did not configure BIS to deliver mail from personal accounts?

Sounds like they do... or a personal @yourcarrier.blackberry.net address which are notorious for attracting spam.

One of the BB's I did a wipe of the device and deleted there BES account. I then created a new account. I then kept the device for the day. Still receiving spam and corp email.

Is there any pattern as to the spam sender's address? Is it carrier spam or all random?
