Hello!

I am sending plain text emails with an html attachment to clients using various Blackberry devices.

Some of them have the option to download only the table of contents or the full HTML attachment. Some others don't have the table of contents option.

If I send a word file to both clients, the table of contents option is available.

Both devices use the same Blackberry server. One client is running Version 4.0.x, the other running 4.5. Our tests have resulted, that this issue seems to start with version 4.1.

Questions:
- Is the missing table of contents option a bug or a feature? A link to some official documentation of RIM would be great.

- Is there an alternative to provide a TOC for a HTML file?
