Have just bought new laptop and downloaded desktop from web, Version 4.6.0.12 dated May22 2008. This syncs my calender on BB with outlook, but I cant get the media bit to run? Old lap top had version 4.2.2.12 dated March 19 2007 and worked with no issues. Can you help?

Also my accounts package at work sends quotes out in Word format, but when i receive them on BB it shows attachment but will not download or see the quote, any ideas?

Not sure about the media issue. What exactly is the problem and what do you mean by "media bit"? Did you download the full version of DM 4.6 which includes the media player?

To open word files you need DocsToGO which is included on OS 4.5 or a 3rd party app such as eOffice.

Also, the use of a more descriptive subject line might get a better/faster response.
