I have an 8110 that is having an activation problem. The user is new. When I initially cerated her exchange profile I did not capitalize her name correctly. Before this was pointed out to me I activated the blackberry without any issues. When she pointed out the typo I deleted the original exchange account and recreated it correctly. The spelling was correct only the way I typed it was wrong so her actual email address did not change. Now it will not reactivate. I have tried a dozen times and it stalls on activating for about 30 mins then times out. I have even wiped the BB. Any Ideas?
