Default 8800 calendar issue - help!

Please Login to Remove!

We have a user whoxxx8217;s having a lot of issues with his calendar on his 8800, we use a BES and things were fine up until a couple of weeks ago.

We sync all our Blackberryxxx8217;s wirelessly (70 in total using two BESxxx8217;s) and we only have this issue with one of them, we recently found out this particular user was also synchronising his BB using Desktop Manager, hexxx8217;s been doing this for years (started back when contacts didnxxx8217;t sync wirelessly) without an issue.

His calendar started deleting current appointments (resulting in him missing a very important meeting), reverting back to old appointments that had been updated, adding weird appointments like bank holidays (when there wasnxxx8217;t actually a bank holiday), duplicating appointments and generally messing it up.

We initially thought this was down to the fact he was synchronising wirelessly and using Desktop Manager (which he no longer does), but since then wexxx8217;ve wiped the device, removed and re-added him to BES, replaced the device, re-wiped and re-synchronised the calendar xxx8211; and itxxx8217;s still doing it.

Wexxx8217;re baffled, and donxxx8217;t really know where to go next with this, so any help or advice would be welcomed.

This sound similar to a problem I have been having where my bb puts some all day items as 24 hour 1 am to 1am. When I check the csv file it's for all day.
