I have my outlook sending & receiving 24/7 & no copys are kept on the server. When oi leave the office i log in to the Blackberry internet service website & set my work eail to forward (so they shdou lsned a copy to my blackberry & also outlook on my desktop PC).

The emails come to my blackberry & then get randomly deleted somethins 10 mins after receiving, sometimes 3 + hours after receiving.

When i go to my PC in the morngin, there are all them emails UNOPENED.

Does anyone have any idea what they hell is going on? Why ar eunopened email's being automatically deleted from my blackberry without me doing it? Do i have to change a setting on my outlook? I have spoken to Orange & they are at a loss also.

Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly recieved!

Thanks for your help, it has done the job.

The only question i now have is, as messages are left on the server, if we assume that my email is not forwarded to my device for say 5 hours & during those 5 hours I receive 25 emails, will all of thiose 25 emails be forwarded to my device when i log in & request emails to b forwarded to my device (i hope not)? (oh yeah, sorry for the bad spelling, my fingers were typing ahead of my brain thinking what to say!!)

The blackberry is pushed e-mail. You should be getting your mail continuously unless you have your connection off. Yes, it keep coming.
