Some users on the BES are not showing information on the device hardware. When i go to user properties under Blackberry device (read only) and then hardware it says Secure Boot ROM set to false and no other information. There are about 15 users like this and with all other users it gives a bunch of information on the device and the Secure Boot ROM is set to true. Any reason some of these would be set to False and is there a way I can fix it?
