Is there a way I can get my Curve (should this be in the 8300 forum...if so, my apologies) to not only include the subject in confirmed sent messages, but the message body as well?

I am an advanced tech rep with sprint and i have a customer who's pin number in desktop redirector will not update, uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it still wont update, show the old pin the customer had on old blackberry device, does anyone know how to get that to update, customer is set up for BIS and BES.
