I just gave the CIO and new Bold that I pickup on Ebay. The device is working with no issues with his AT&T sim. He went and Installed AOL on the device, which is working. The problem is when he trys to email a picture from the device it wants to email it from AOL not his company Bes account. Any idea's on how to set the Bold to email from right email account?

Check his default services: Options > Advanced Options > Default Services and make sure the BES account is specified as his default for everything. Now I don't know is this will screw with his ability to use AOL on the Bold, but hopefully it will but his basic email service back on track.

Thanks.. He left the office for 2 weeks. I emailed him instruction on making the change. I'll let you know if that fixes the issue.
