Default My handdheld indicates 1 unread, but there are no messages on handheld - 10-10-2008, 03:03 PM
My handheld indicates 1 message unread, but there are no messages on my handheld.

Whenever I receive a message, the indicator increases (2 unread, for example), but after I read the new messages, it still indicates 1 unread.

Thanks. There was 1 unread message in a place I did not know existed. (I had tried all of the other options listed in the FAQ.)
