My 7520 worked fine until today. Now, I have to give it to another user. I did a handheld wipe, a MRR, replaced battery, etc.

The problem is that the four letters at the top will not go past Nxtl (on other phones it would be Gprs, Vrzn etc.) when it needs to be NXTL for full service. With Nxtl, I can make and receive calls, but cannot transfer data.

Any ideas? Other Nextels in the building are working fine.

Call Nextel... they may have screwed up your data plan on your bb. Make sure they have the correct plan. Especially if no one else is experiencing the same problem

Ha ha, I'm a complete idiot.

This BB is going to a new user that should not use direct connect, so I went to phone options and set to "phone only". That's why it has been a problem, it turned off data too!

Boy is my face red.
