Default Picture Messaging.. NEED HELP! =/

Please Login to Remove!

Hey I have an 8330 Curve, and I'm unable to send and receive picture messages. I've called about it and they said I have to e-mail the person I want to send it to.. buttttt I wanna send it to their phone, not their computer. How do I do this? Is it possible..? And if not, I should still be able to receive them, right? Why am I unable to?! Where are the MMS options?! so sad :(

HELP!

Wirelessly posted (BB 8330)

Does your carrier have SMS, that's one thing you have to check. And most carriers have an email as a phone number. Example 0000000000@vzwpix.com

It's likely that your carrier doesn't support it. I'd call them first before complaining about the lack of capabilities on your BlackBerry. I'd also watch your language around here. Such rampant disregard for terms of service will not be received well by the mods.

Looks like YOUR CARRIER doesn't support MMS on your new device.
Your beef is with them.
