We are in the process of moving to Exchange 07. We have moved some pilot users to the new server from Exchange 03 to 07 and some are receiving duplicate calendar items on their blackberry. I can resolve it by deleting the service book CICAL and resending it but I was curious to know of anyone has an Idea on why this would occur. Now we have seen this only in the 8130 Devices so I am curious to know if there is something with the 4.3 Software.

Also if you don't know why it would happen does anyone know how to resolve this issue without user participation? If i just resend the service books from the BES without deleting it from the handheld it won't correct the issue. I would like to find someway to correct this without User interaction. Thanks.
