Exclamation No More!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all!
Been somewhat passively perusing this wonderful forum ya'll have here. Now I'm in need of your assistance. First, I'm using a BB7520 on nextel. no BES, yes BWC.
Lately (meaning, at one time it did work properly- and i havent updated the os or changed anything that i believe would precipitate this little glitch) when I get emails and click "more" or "more all", the handheld displays the message "receiving more" but nothing. NO MORE!! I'm still somewhat of a BB neophyte compared to some of you guys. I will continue to investigate this further, but if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Now let me say this is not effecting attachment download. attachment service seems to be working just fine. just no "more."

p.s. i'm using software version: v4.0.2.37 (Platform 1.4.0.48)

also, my PIN is 40080793

Thanx in advance for any assistance

I've had this in the past. Resend your Service Books. Cleared it right up (at least it did for me).

From one nerd to another, I thank you for the potential solution. Will try it and post my results.

bostonnerd.....thanks for the fix. it worked like a charm. well, not actually like a charm. you know, no suretype and all. then, well, there's the lower resolution screen and it is a tad larger....well, it worked well.

thanks again
