Are we talking about after a conversation is closed?

I noticed something quite odd with my device. If I scrolled to the top of a convo (or pressed T to save my thumb), I could only see back 36-48 hours.

However, if I clicked 'Copy History' and then pasted the convo into an email, the start of the convo went back several DAYS - much further than what I could see in the active convo.

Maybe you could try that? The only thing is when you paste it, you don't see the date/time of the messages that are sent back and forth (like you see if you hover over a comment in an active convo).
