hey i just recently inherited a blackberry 8700g and i just want to add applications like maybe a voice recorder and any cool things that it may support (videos?) but the problem is every time i download and install an app it doesnt show up on apps in my desktop loader thing. any suggestions?

Voice recording and video support is in OS 4.5. How did you inherit this device? Does it have an IT policy on it? Go to Options > Security options > General Settings, what does it show next to IT Policy?
