Default Recieve but cant send

Please Login to Remove!

Have a user who suddenly get's the "BIG X" when trying to send emails. He can recieve OK, just can't send. Also can't do email address lookups from our server.

Any ideas?


Had him reset by taking out the battery.. didn't help..

Is he over the limit on his e-mail? Any problems using e-mail from the desktop?

Had this happen yesterday to me, for some reason my BIS went un-registared. Called Tech support and they fixed it right away. Sounds like your are on a BES though?

Yep, we're on a BES..
He's not over his email limit, and he's travelling, so I can't check whether or not he can send from his desktop..
