And how can I get it to stop??? I'm sure it's a simple solution but it's driving me crazy. I'm sorry if it's silly or has been answered, I tried my best to search and would be grateful for help.

So if I reply to an email in my Mail app, it immediately cc's it to my Bold, and the flashing light goes on (argggh)

Try this, go to Rogers BIS web site (if your on BIS) click edit on the email account that is CCing you. Go into the advanced section and there is a spot for BCC. Clear that out.
