I have a Blackberry Curve 8310. I had it on the charger while on,the phone rang and I went to answer it and it cut off. I tried and tried to cut it back on and still nothing. I pulled out the battery for awhile put it back,still nothing. I tried charging the battery and a red light comes on then goes out. I tried plugging with no battery and I get a picture of a battery with a slash through it and when I put the battery back it goes black again. I tried plugging to the computer but it won't recognize it in the Desktop Manager. Is it dead? Please help!!!!

Can you try a different charger, or different outlet to charge it? Could be the charger or the battery (or the outlet).

Battery is charged, tried it in a different BB and tried another Battery, still no luck.
