Name Display Order
 

I cannot figure out why the From: line in my e-mail messages seem to want to change everything to a Last/First name display, even when the sender is Consumer Reports (it will display Reports, Consumer). This seems to be related also to voice commands. I now find that I have to say, "Call <LastName> <FirstName>." I must have something messed up somewhere in settings, but I can't for the life of me find it. Anyone know where I messed up?

Did you go into address book, then options, and make sure view is by "First Name?"

Thank you joeygator. Yes, that was among the first things I did. It is actually sort by First Name.

Hmmm that IS odd. Isnt there also a second location as to where name/contact information settings are set? I may be wrong...
