Default Cheapest BB Plan, do not want data

Please Login to Remove!

I have been searching all over for plans recently.

I'm looking into getting a curve or something similar,
all I want at the moment, is mins (not on the phone so I don't need many), and unlimited SMS msging which is most important.

At the moment I do not want internet, email, apps, or chat.

So what would be the plan that fits me best here? Thanks for the help guys, the providers are so friggin frustrating when it comes to this.

Just get a minutes plan and an unlimited SMS package. Boom. Verizon won't let you do this with a Blackberry - they won't activate it on their network without a data plan. AT&T and T-Mobile will both allow you to use the BB as a phone only.

As far as I know you can not use any Blackberry phone on a data plan with just minutes you have to purchase the blackberry sevice which is $24 a month and then work on what other plan you want to attach to it. The phone will nto work witout the basic blackberry plan which is $24 a month.

AT&T Offers a $20 Unlimited Text Message plan for the BB that you can add to their voice plans. Go to Cell Phones and cell phone plans - | Wireless from AT&T, formerly Cingular and go to Shop>Phone Plans to see the voice plan costs. The advantage of AT&T is that if you find yourself needing to access the web or use GPS Mapping once in a while you are charged on their Pay Per Use MediaNet plan. This is what I use and am very happy with it.
