Welcome to the BBForums.

hmmm... do you have DocumentsToGo with OS 4.5?
A PDF file? You could read with BeamReader installed.

Are you wanting it to email when needed? Just email it to yourself, save the email and forward when needed.

That's what I do, I have OS 4.5 with Docs to go, have my recent resume, references and cover letter on there. It looks awkward at first on your BB but when sent out to recipients, it looks perfect on a PC/MAC.
People will be impressed when you can get a resume to them on such short notice,

Wirelessly posted

As a test, email everything from your BlackBerry and open it on your computer, it should look perfect.

Once you get use using Docs To Go making any edits to your resume will be very easy.
