Email Problems -Very Frustrating
I have a problem that I cannot seem to fix, any help will be appreciated. I recently changed my password for my gmail account but didn't take into consideration that I needed to change it with backberry.com in order to receive emails on my Pearl.
I got an email notice today that I needed to go to the blackberry internet service & update my account with the new password.
The directions were to either click on the email setup application on my phone or go online to Blackberry internet service & change the information.
I cannot remember my password for blackberry internet service. When prompted, I asked that my password be sent to me. BIS said that my password was sent to my device but it hasn't shown up (maybe because it goes through gmail which I'm not receiveing - I don't know).
How do I do this on my phone? Will I still need the password?
I'm lost and very frustrated. Any advice? Thanks.

It is sent to your BB via PIN.
If it doesn't come you will have to contact service provider and have them reset the password
Pick up gmail on a computer to retrieve your password--or is that not enabled? I am pretty sure you will need the pw to get this done.
