What would the right answer be?

The "right" answer is the one that best suits them. I would recommend a Bold for more of the power user type, and a Storm for those who are more media oriented. That are real general, but may work well.

From what I've heard the Bold is a pretty solid device compared to the Storm. I've heard that its difficult to press the correct key all the time on the Storm. But as Jeremy said, its up to what your looking for. My personal recommendation would be Bold.

In their current states, I would have to recommend the Bold to anyone, regardless of need. The Storm does not offer enough upgrades in "media" strong areas to recommend it on the basis of "heavy media use" as I would with the iPhone. Not even close.

Also keep in mind the network that is available to you on each device, and the coverage you have with the given network.

Agree with the others here, it comes down to what best suits your individual needs. Not just by way of phone features, but carrier coverage, pricing, etc.

When ever I am asked the "which is best question", I encourage researching a carrier's coverage maps and calling plan options, talking to people who have real customer experience with each carrier, and going to retail stores to get some "hands on" experience with the store display devices.

Abt the carriers here in kuwait we only have one company that provide data plan for the blackberry so not a lot of options.

Seriously though, it's the same as any other BB model comparison: whichever model they prefer. You can make generalizations like the ones above but it comes down to each individual's preferences. If there was some universal best we would all be using the same model and RIM wouldn't bother to produce the others.
