hi i have a problem with my blackberry curve 8320 i have installed the software on to my pc and when i use usb it want find my phone so is allways saying cannot find device is there something iam doing wrong maybe i need drivers software i really dont no would love ya help meny thanks

When you say installed software you mean BlackBerry Desktop Manager right? If so, which version?

ummm that might be the problem as i lost my disk and had to try downloading it myself and ive tryied options and connection settings and detect and nothing so maybe it hasnt installed usb drivers can eny one help blackberry curve 8320

You can get Desktop Manager from the BlackBerry website or your mobile provider's site.

thats were i got it from but it just seems it hasnt done the drivers as its not picking my phone up

Welcome to the forums!


Try re-loading the Destop Manager form the website where you found it originally. During the install process, you will see a screen that will give you the option to Remove or Repair. Select repair-it should fix whetever is missing in your current set up.
