I need to unlock my bb 8100
to be able to switch from company

Have you contacted telefonica and asked them for an unlatch code?

You have 2 choices (regardless of which GSM BB you're talking about):

1. Get your carrier to provide the unlock code.
2. Pay an unlocking service for the code.
