Default 8703e showing Data Abor...reset. HELP! THIS IS A COMPANY WORK PHONE!

Please Login to Remove!

So I tried to download a theme for my Blackberry 8703e last night. My screen went black, then came up white with an hour glass on it. That spun around for a few seconds and then i got a gray screen with a box in the middle that says, "Data Abor..." and underneath is a little highlighted box that says "Reset". The only button that will work is my click wheel, and when I hit that, it just goes through the whole process again. This is a company work phone!

Help!

Sounds like that theme is not compatible with your device... or maybe something went wrong during the installation.
You should contact your company IT department and have them fix it for you. That's what they are around for.

Yeah....I'm trying to avoid getting into trouble. I'm not exactly sure if I'm supposed to be downloading things onto it, lol!

I wouldn't worry about it. If they didn't want you installing anything on it, then they would have turned those features off for you so you couldn't do it.
The fact that you've gotten as far as you did tells me that they aren't blocking third-party software installations.
