Default help not recieving email messages

Please Login to Remove!

I got a new BB Curve 8310. I restored my settings from a old BB curve i had. The old email had my yahoo mail working. I added the yahoo email using the att bb website. sent the service books and i can send emails but i cannot recive any emails.

Any ideas

Did you change the IMEI and PIN on the BIS site to reflect the new device and then resent the service books once that was done?

ALso pull the battery for 30 seconds or so and let the device reboot.

Time to call the carrier and have them reprovision the new device and send the service books from their end.
