Default can't add an email address?

Please Login to Remove!

I want to add an email address so I can get separate calendars but I can't figure out how to do it. I tried setup wizard but it only gives me the option to add a work email account with BES, which I don't have. I also tried to do it through T-Mo's site but when I enter my gmail account and password, it won't let me click 'next.' Can anyone help?

Thanks-

Devin

It should allow you to on the BIS site. It is odd that it won't let you complete the steps.

Try going through your Email Setup icon on your device.

I don't have that icon, I saw that on the FAQ page and looked for one but apparently it doesn't exist on my BB.

Are you sure the icon isn't hidden or in a folder?

Hmm, mine is called email settings. Also, if I go into the setup wizard and to the email portion, it gives me an option to create or add an email address, as well as an option for BES.

Yeah, I don't have any of those options.

Have you tried a batter pull?

What exactly happens when you try to add an address from the BIS website. Does it show the addresses you currently have entered?

Hi,

I think if you have activated only BES,you will not be able to see Email Settings icon bcz this icon is visible in case you have activated BIS or BES Plus services. Can you confirm from carrier, does your package includes both BES and BIS (so called BES PLUS) services.

Oh yeah, battery pulls aplenty.

I can get to the BIS page where you're supposed to be able to add email addresses, but after I type in my email address and password, it won't let me click the "next" button. I've never had the internet before so I've never had any other email set up, this would be the first one.

How would I confirm what I have? Call customer service? I've never had BES as far as I know, it's just a personal Pearl.

Thanks-
