So I sent an hour on the phone with TMO last night because I wasn't getting my yahoo mail or my tmo.blackberry.net email. On my.tmo.com it says 'account suspended' and when I try to send an email from the device, I gets the red 'X' and that says account suspended. When TMO transferred me to RIM the rep easily said the account was suspended and it's a TMO issue. When sent back to TMO spoort, that rep said it was a TMO BIS outage and I'd just have to wait. I'm surprise I haven't seen anything on this forum if TMO-wide outage. Or are they just messin' with me? It seemed to start when I got a new SIM card yesterday due to calling issues. Everything else works but my BIS email accoiunts. Corp account works, Internet broswer works...thoughts?

There is no TMO BIS outage of which we are aware.

I would suggest you resend your service books, access your TMO BIS site, and also try from your device at Options > Advanced > Hosting Routing Table > Menu > Register Now.

Nevertheless, TMO could have done some maintenance last night, but I haven't seen a notice of such or other users saying so. If one email account is working, all of them should be.

And as always, with the BB powered ON, remove the battery and reboot the device.

Did all of the above ...except resend service books since can't get to TMO BIS setup...says 'account suspended'. Supposed rep last night resent books several times, attached me to diff tower, etc. Trying TMO online chat support this morning. I figured it wasn't tmo-wide...the rep even said it while the RIM rep was conferenced in...he sounded skeptical too!

So 5 min with 'Carl T' with TMO online chat and prob fixed. Said 'sometimes when it makes a change over this glitch can happen. I corrected setting that thought you were suspended.'

Account Suspended can be due to a couple issues:

1. Someone tried to access your account one too many times with the wrong user name/password which will lock the account
2. Tmo did something on their end which affected your BIS account
