So I sent an hour on the phone with TMO last night because I wasn't getting my yahoo mail or my tmo.blackberry.net email. On my.tmo.com it says 'account suspended' and when I try to send an email from the device, I gets the red 'X' and that says account suspended. When TMO transferred me to RIM the rep easily said the account was suspended and it's a TMO issue. When sent back to TMO spoort, that rep said it was a TMO BIS outage and I'd just have to wait. I'm surprise I haven't seen anything on this forum if TMO-wide outage. Or are they just messin' with me? It seemed to start when I got a new SIM card yesterday due to calling issues. Everything else works but my BIS email accoiunts. Corp account works, Internet broswer works...thoughts? |
