Do you have a "Manage Internet Email" icon on the device? You have to setup your email before you can send email.

Don't use the Setup Wizard.

Enterprise Activation is for Corporate email.

Using the BIS site will probably be the easiest way to go .

You registered your PIN/ESN and setup your email account(s)?

Try clicking on the link that says Service Books, and then send service books button.
