I just got internet for my blackberry pearl and when i try to use the internet it wont connect so then i tried setting up my internet service thing and i enter my phones PIN and ESN and it says An account already exists for this PIN. Please try again.

I bought this phone off ebay so uhhh... What do i do...?

You need the owner's acct information.
You also need a data plan to access the internet which wasn't clear to me from your post.

Check the FAQ article "Buying a BB off eBay". The article has the info you need.

Basically, you need to have the seller call their carrier and cancel their BIS account. If it was on BES, then you need to remove the IT Policy. You need a BB dataplan also.
