I have just upgraded to the new storm, however I have noticed that when i delete emails for my work addresses I no longer get the option like before i.e "delete on handset and handlheld " or "on handheld"etc, i now just get "Delete", therefore can't delete any on my main server as i did before. I've tried ticking the box on the blackberry website that allows you to do this but still doesn't work, any help appreciated, ps however this still works with my MSN account

Go into your message section, and call up the menu.
Scroll to and select Options
Scroll to and select Email Reconciliation
Make sure the "Message Service" listed is the work one

What is the "Delete On" setting?

ok its now deleting on the handset and mail box, why doesn't it give the otion like before when you press delete, it use say

Delete "Handheld and Mailbox" or " handset"

This is working as above with my Hotmail email though?

Change the option for "Delete" on the menu mentioned above, to "Prompt"

Then, each time you delete a message, it will prompt you with Handheld, Mailbox & Handheld and Cancel.
