looked around on how to change the auto signature on my Pearl and came across this site https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw (i'm a vzw customer) and im trying to log in but it wont let me. if i try to create an account it tells me one already exists for the pin, but if i have the password sent to my phone, it says an account doesnt exist.

Call Verizon Tech Support, they can give you your username - and reset your password too.

It used to be you could register as if you hadn't registered and it would send you a PIN w/ your username, but that stopped working about a year or so ago... it was much more useful. The VZW tech support group is very helpful though w/ this, I sort of manage blackberries for about 6 users and they always forget their username/PW which they need to change corporate passwords... we haven't switched to BES yet, it's in our '09 budget...

Don't think you can do it via DM. You need to log into your BIS account and edit each email account that you have to change the signature block.

Only for the BES signature. BIS signatures have to be edited via your carrier's BIS site.
