Task Due Date Problem
I've looked high and low (actually just using the Search button at the top of the page) and can't find an answer to my issue.
When syncing my 8330 to Outlook BIS-style (does that sound dirty to anyone else, or is it just me? :oops:) I get bizarre Due Dates when I change the task priority. So if I have a task with no due date as High priority and I change it to Medium in Outlook, the due date will change to something like "Sat 2/12/2563".
I found a thread recommending users delete all their tasks and re-sync, but that didn't work for me.
What version of desktop software are you using? I have had this problem and since then I haven't added any tasks without a due date. I'll try it again tomorrow since I have updated both my 8330 software and the desktop software.
I'm using DM 22.214.171.124 dated 5.22.08. Thanks for the reply and please let me know if you find any additional info.
I tried it again this morning and didn't get the error. My DM is 126.96.36.199 and my device is 188.8.131.52. maybe they fixed it in the device software. Then again, it seemed to be a sporadic error and didn't occur all of the time.
