I can sync my Outlook calendar, but I don't see where I am supposed to choose my contacts, notes or tasks?? I know this should be simple - but I am too frustrated to read all the help stuff.

Which version of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager are you running and what version of Outlook?

Desktop = 4.7.0.25
Outlook 2007

You should be able to plug your BlackBerry in, go Synchronize and then find the configure Sync option. In there you will be able to set the sync for the Memopoad/Tasks/Calendar/contacts

Thanks - I had to reset the configuration - and then I finally saw the connection to memo, tasks, etc.
