Default 1 Assistant to view 2 Executives' calendars

Please Login to Remove!

Any solutions out there to give an assistant the capability to view 2 other executives' calendars only on 1 BB device? All 3 have BB devices on the BES and see no way to accomplish this. I'm willing to use a WMD and carry around a 2nd device and 3rd device if required.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Nope solution for this in the BES/BB world as I was in the same situation. Wierd since BlackBerry Unite! lets you access shared calendars but not BES :(

1 other is possible. I'm not sure about 2 others though. Our executive assistants had to sync via USB, IIRC. It has been a while since I've provided BB support to our execs though...

assuming you had multiple calendars (device software 4.5+) and changed the default calendar before syncing then that would work with a manual USB sync. might be too much overhead thought.
