Dang. Tried everything. That seems to rule out most responses.

Does that include going through the synch configuration menu?

... OK I'll bite... and what message would that be? You never specified.

Sorry; I posted this before but no one responded. The message I get is:"error:desktop manager has encountered a problem and needs to close". I tried reinstalling the program, deleting intellisync, deleting RIM folder, trying to sync w/organizer checked on and off, removing outlook into a different folder... nothing seems to work. I know, some people had similar problem, and deleting RIM folder seemed to fix it; for me it does not. Getting extremely frustrated.:
