Default MS Visual C++ Runtime Error after Upgrade

Please Login to Remove!

After I upgraded to 4.0.2.49 and 4.0.1.12, I get a MS visual C++ runtime error during the calendar sync with the desktop manager. If I uncheck the calendar all other syncs work fine, the calendar does not.

The handheld software works fine.;- 4.0.2.49

Any suggestions?

Well, I fixed this issue.

I had to completely uninstall the desktop software and delete all the entries in the registry.

I reloaded the SW and all is working fine.

Default deleting registry

Do you mean that I need to delete all current calendar records? Is there an easy way to do this?

How does one delete all the entries in the registry? Is there a specific key to search on? Thanks in advance!
