So i think my screen on my 8830 is dead, just get a white screen. Did some searching and found all kinds fo on the 'white screen of death'. However, i don't think this is my problem now as i have re-installed the OS 4 times and still get nothing. Last night before i tried to re-install the OS, the phone was working fine, with white screen. Phone would ring, email and txt message alerts would happen. Just no display.

To my question ... sigh ...

I will be getting a new phone on Monday, but looks like i'm dead in the water till then. I know how to check my voicemail remote and can check my email, but having problems with my txt messages. If i could get my radio back on then i would know when i got email, txt, etc. then i could Amber Blackberry Converter to view my ipd backup and see who texted me. The problem lies in getting the radio back on. Anyone know if i can get the radio on via hotkey or DM, or BES? I think i'm screwed, but thought i would ask all of you. Thanks in advance!!

I do not think there is any remote way to do that sorry. Have any friends with just a basic Sprint hone you could use for a day?
