| Messenger on 8830 Issue - Need Help Please Login to Remove! I have been switching back and forth between an AT&T Bold and Sprint 8830 for testing of the Bold, using Desktop Manager (4.6.0.12) to BES activate upon switching devices. I have done this successfully a few times.
Recently, when I reactivated the 8830, the BlackBerry Messenger failed to sync. Now, when I try to use Messenger on the 8830, I get an error "Uncaught exception: Wrong presence status."
I have pulled the battery, no help.
I upgraded to 4.2.2.196 on the 8830, tried deleting and reinstalling the Messenger application, tried restoring from a known good backup, nothing has worked.
Please help, I use (or used to use) Messenger frequently. |
