i have a blackberry 8700g and i have a problem with network.i can not recive calls,when i want to call,my phone say on display"sorry,only emergensy calls are allowed"..... please help me thx.

I took the liberty of changing the title of your post, so that your issue is more visible-should get you some helpful resposnes quicker.

Do you have service through a carrier? Is a SIM card installed in the device?

Sounds like the blackberry has an IT policy on there that doesn't allow calls to be made.

Check out this link to remove the IT policy. Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ
