Default Emails stuck in message list

Please Login to Remove!

I have a blackberry 7100T using lotus notes on a 4.0 BES. For some reason on my blackberry there are two emails that I cannot delete or file. I can however foward the messages. These two messages are not in my mail file on lotus notes. Any ideas how to get these messages out of my message list on my blackberry.

Try filing them manually to the Trash folder. That worked for me a few times when nothing else did.

EDIT: oops... you said you tried that already. I misread.

I'm having this same problem with a 7100g on Cingular. Did you get anywhere with this yet? After screwing around with the message trying to get rid of it, it now has a red 'X' next to it in the messages list.

Unfortunately I haven't gotten anywhere with this yet. It looks like the only option is to wipe the handheld. Thanks for the reply.

if you open the message with the red X, what text is in it.... there is usually some kind of error message.

You can usually fix this by backing up, deleting and then restoring the messages database from the blackberry using the desktop manager
