Default BES 4.14 install problems...

Please Login to Remove!

I'm attempting to install BES 4.14 for Domino on a clean, newly upgraded Win 2003 SP2 server, however during the install, am receiving this error message:-

'MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser and SDK installation has failed. Pls check install log for more info.'

There is not a lot in the log to suggest what is causing the error, but it appears that if one of the 3rd party tools does not install successfully, then I can do a manual install. Is this the only solution to complete the install ?

This is part of the DetectionLog:-
