Default Multiple copies of e-mail in my Inbox

Please Login to Remove!

Can anyone tell me which setting to change so that I'll stop getting multiple copies of every e-mail???

Every time I get a response, I get at least two copies of it on my BB. Every time I open an e-mail from my laptop, I get a new copy of that e-mail in my BB Inbox.

It's driving me NUTS!!!!

Any help is appreciated.

Default Outlook...not Gmail

I'm only set up for my Corporate Outlook E-mail (but not BES).

How are you set up to retrieve email from the server? POP? IMAP? OWA? Outlook (the mail client) isn't really relevant.

OK...this might be weird, but in the Advanced Settings, the Email Server indicates POP3, but then under Email server type: it says IMAP4.

Could this be the problem?

I've got the same issue with my work email. When I respond from Exchange on my desktop, I get a copy of the original message again on the device.
