How are you trying to send/receive mail? Are you logging into your mail accounts via your BB Browser? You shouldn't need to. You can add your accounts to your device and they will have an icon for each mail account.

Here is how to add an email account to your device:

Nice job on the post!

But now I have been using DM 4.7 and just got the DM 5.0. I seem to have the issue of the downgrade of Documents To Go. I tried to follow the instructions on how to disable this issue from the post, but there is no such folder (C:\program files\common files\research in motion\shared\Loader Files.....). Can someone help me to figure out how to resolve this. I have some other Apps I want to load, but because of this issue, I can not proceed. It will either downgrade or remove it. I am unable to disable or delete it from the list.

Please, any suggestions? ( I have read everything I can so far on the web and nothing is helping or working!!

Install your version of the handheld OS to the PC. Then delete the vendor.xml as as explained. Once the handheld OS is installed then you can go delete/rename the DocumentsToGo.alx file to DocumentsToGo.old. Then Docs to go shouldn't want to downgrade.

Search your PC for vendor.xml and delete any instance of it. Also, if you could post the error you're receiving, it may help.
